Each client will receive 2 PT sessions per week. Your specific PT times will be given to you on induction. On days where there is a PT slot, but you are not scheduled to train, a taxi will be arranged to give a ride to Nai Harn beach with fixed departure and return times.

WEEK 1 CHECK IN
During the check-in process at the end of Week 1, we conduct individual 1-1 check-ins with each client to assess progress and address challenges.
Here's how it works:

Assessment of Process:

Evaluate progress based on individual goals and initial consultation

Review achievements, milestones, and improvements in fitness and well-being

Take new weight and body measurements for tracking progress

Review of Food Diary:

Bring your food diary for thorough review by our nutrition experts

Analyse eating patterns, energy levels, nutrient intake, portion sizes, and meal choices

Identify areas for improvement and necessary adjustment

Discussion of Challenges and Struggles:

Share any difficulties or struggles encountered during the week

Address meal plan issues, cravings, emotional eating, and other obstacles

Receive guidance, support, and practical solutions to overcome challenges

Goal Setting for Week Two:

Collaboratively set new goals for the upcoming week

Tailor goals to individual needs, aspirations, and capabilities

Ensure continued progress and motivation throughout the retreat

The check-in process is designed to track progress, provide support, and set goals for the next week, allowing clients to stay on track and achieve their desired outcomes.



WEEK 2 INTRODUCTION TO ONLINE TRAINING
