Q: What results did you achieve at the retreat?
​
A: I lost 2.5kg of body fat in 2 weeks on my return to Prime Revive. I also lost 4.2cm around my waist.
​
Q: What was your favourite training experience?
​
A: Last time I lost a lot of weight, so this time I was focused on building muscle, so I loved the private 121 gym sessions.
​
Q: What was your favourite experience outside of the retreat activities
​
A: I enjoyed the social life on the fitness street. Making new friends and hanging out on an evening.

Q: What was your favourite meal?
A: All of them! Lol

Q: What are you most proud of achieving during the retreat?
A: I wasn't expecting to lose as much weight this time, so im really proud of my results.

Meet Peter
Q: What results did you achieve at the retreat?

A: I lost 1.9kg of body fat and gained 0.2kg in muscle!
​
Q: What was your favourite training experience?
​
A: The beach workouts were the best! Such a great feeling getting in the ocean after a gruelling workout.
​
Q: What was your favourite experience outside of the retreat activities
​
A: Taking our scooters around the island, exploring the different beaches and landmarks.

Q: What was your favourite meal?
A: Chicken Panang with brown rice was really tasty.

Q: What are you most proud of achieving during the retreat?
A: I increased my fitness a lot! I also got my sleep pattern under control and managed to stay off alcohol and junk food.

Meet Jerry
Q: What results did you achieve at the retreat?
​
A: I lost 4.8% of my total body fat and gained 1.8kg in muscle, however most importantly i improved my fitness significantly.
​
Q: What was your favourite training experience?
​
A: Hiking to the top of black rock was something I didnt think I would be able to do. The view from the top was amazing.
​
Q: What was your favourite experience outside of the retreat activities
​
A: We went to James Bond island on our day off which was really fun.
​
Q: What was your favourite meal?
A: I really enjoyed all of the lunch time wraps.
​
Q: What are you most proud of achieving during the retreat?
A: I was able to do much more than I thought I could, and I feel like I have the confidence when I go home to get back into the gym and continue my progress.
