I’ve tried programmes before and they didn’t stick.

That’s exactly why Prime Revive exists. The programmes that didn’t work weren’t wrong — they were missing structure. At home, you’re fighting your environment: work stress, social commitments, the fridge at midnight. Here, every variable is controlled. Your training is coached, your meals are prepared, your recovery is scheduled. You don’t need more willpower. You need a system that removes the need for it.

I don’t know if I’m fit enough.

You don’t need to be. Every programme is built from your current starting point — not someone else’s. If you can walk, you can start. Modifications for injuries, mobility limitations, and low fitness levels are standard, not an afterthought. Some of our most dramatic transformations started from a place of zero fitness. Your coaches meet you where you are.

How long do I need to go for?

That depends on your goals. One week gives you a taste. Two to three weeks builds momentum. Four to eight weeks is where dramatic change happens. Twelve or more weeks is a full life reset. When you apply, your retreat expert will recommend a duration based on your goals, body composition, and availability. There’s no minimum — but the longer you stay, the deeper the results.

What if I have injuries or dietary restrictions?

Every programme is fully personalised. Your initial assessment covers injuries, restrictions, allergies, and preferences. Training is modified in real-time. Meals are built to your requirements from day one — halal, vegetarian, gluten-free, whatever you need. This isn’t a group class with one-size-fits-all programming. Your plan is yours.
